Matt will be reaching into the cellar for some wonderful barleywines. We’ll talk about the differences between American and English barleywines and what to taste for in general. This is a complex style that is brewed to be pondered, not pounded.
The meeting is January 12 at 7:30 PM at Queen City Clay. Note the parking areas and entrance locations below (although the southernmost arrow should be facing west/left, not north).
All-In-One System Raffle
We will be selling raffle tickets for a new Brewer’s Best ZyBorg 35L Automatic Brewing System at $10 per ticket. This will be raffled off during the All American Homebrew Competition judging. Purchase at the meeting or at the All American Homebrew Competition.
