March 2021 Virtual Meeting: Brian from Esoteric Brewing

The next Cincinnati Malt Infusers meeting is March 11 at 7:30. We will be talking with Brian from Esoteric Brewing in Walnut Hills. If you can, grab a growler/howler/crowler of one of their excellent beers for the evening. Their beer is available in a howler or growler from Esoteric (you can order online at https://esotericbrewing.com/. Some local bars also may have them on tap and available for growler/howeler/crowler fills.

For a commercial calibration, we will have Guinness Draught (Nitro if possible).

February 2021 Virtual Meeting: Marshall Schott

Our next meeting is February 11, 2021 at 7:30 PM. We will be hosting Marshall Schott from Brulosophy.

We will be starting with a “commercial calibration” – get a can of MadTree Happy Amber and be prepared to talk about what you smell, taste, feel, and your overall impression of the beer (you can do a BJCP scoresheet if you want, but it is not required!).

Marshall should be on at 8 PM and will talk briefly about their perspectives on experimentation in general, how they apply that to Brülosophy stuff, then finish up with Q&A and talking.

If you’re on our mailing list, the meeting link is in your email. If you’re in our Facebook group, the meeting link is posted there as well. For security purposes, the meeting link will not be posted here.
