September topic is low dissolved oxygen (LODO) brewing, with a discussion and overview of process to reduce oxidation, recipe formulation, steps to improve malt flavor, aroma and shelf life as well as an overview of equipment needed to implement LODO techniques in your brewing.
We will sample commercial and homebrew examples of classic German styles including Kolsch, Festbier, Marzen and German Pils made using LODO practices.
